RUSSOFT Management Board Meeting Summary

On October 30, the RUSSOFT Management Board met at the SM Lab office in Moscow.

The first point on the agenda was the admission of new members to the Association. Five companies joined RUSSOFT in that month:

• Innovasystem
• INTO
• LeaderTask
• Insider
• Coding Team

Other business issues were also discussed:

• Approval of the draft RUSSOFT Charter
• Preparation for the General Meeting (December 6, Moscow)
• Board member candidate nominations
• Preparation for the RUSSOFT Individuals or Teams IT Forum (December 5, Moscow)

The Board members also discussed the proposals from the Ministry of Digital Technologies and some recent events.

We wish the new RUSSOFT member companies success in all their endeavors and look forward to efficient collaboration.
