SM Lab was ranked among the top 25 IT companies in the hh.ru employer ratings

SM Lab, a leading IT company focusing on software development, took part in hh.ru’s rating of major employers for the first time, taking 164th place out of 355, and among major IT companies: 22nd out of 35.

We received a finalist badge, which is a testament to our efforts to create a comfortable working environment and make the company attractive to top talent.

Trends for 2023 based on the outcome of the employer rankings:

A clear transition on the part of companies from smaller to larger categories: the rating members have outgrown their groups in years past, but never in such a large number in a single year.
More B2B companies are participating, as those servicing other businesses are increasingly reconsidering their communication policies and labor-market strategies.
A rise in the average eNPS for participating companies: employers that have invested in improving their working conditions, raises, and staff career tracks show an increase in their employee satisfaction index.
